Aerial Silks How To Loop Climb_People Chandelier
A simple aerial silk/tissu instructional video. The loop climb is a versatile and fun split-fabric climb.
Other things one should emphasize when practicing this:
-clean form whether using straight or bent knees. POINT YOUR TOES, if legs are straight, try to keep them very straight. If bent, really bent- try to touch the tips of your toes together.
-trying to keep your shoulders away from your ears, maintaining hollow body, elongating the spine - just more 'form' tips.
-draping the fabric over the top leg up high in your hip, and then lifting the knee high with you so that you can pinch the fabric in the top hip and have a lock once you've reached standing
I hope you find this video informative and useful. No video can replace a live instructor. If you are practicing aerial silks, take as many classes with as many instructors as you possibly can - it's the best way to stay safe and improve your skills. :) [peoplechandelier.com]
